Acupuncture works by reestablishing balance and harmony within the body.  There are over 300 acu-points on the body.  Acupuncturists
choose a combination of points specific to each individual.

Acupuncture is all about manipulating the “qi” mechanism.  Qi is the body’s energy, also known as “Life Energy”.  Without it we would not
exist.  Points selected are to serve as a guide for your body’s qi to be directed where it is needed to restore balance.

Acupuncture uses single-use sterilized stainless steel disposable needles.  Chinese Medicine includes the use of acupuncture, cupping,
moxabustion, gwa sha, tui na, electrostimulation, and herbal remedies.  Often lifestyle and dietary suggestions may accompany.
